  “Prayer and Kenopsia”

“When we face challenges, we pray to ourselves.

A clichéd pray with a little hope, a little pride, and a great deal of frustration.

We are standing on this piles of precariously stacked pray

And we will be fear to fall down from the piles

But remember, Though the prayers of the past have lost their power

 They have changed their shape and kept me alive as I am

 When we touch those weathered details, face, retrace them

 we can truly forgive ourselves.”

“ 困難に直面したとき 私たちは自分自身に祈りを捧げる

 少しの希望 少しのプライド そして大きなフラストレーションを抱えた陳腐な祈り

 私たちは不安定に積み上げられた祈りの上に立っている

 そして その山が崩れることを恐れている

だけど忘れないで 過去の祈りは力を失ったけれども

 それらは形を変えて 私を私らしく生かしてくれた

 風化した細部に触れ 向き合い 辿り直すとき

 私たちは自分自身を本当に赦すことができる “
